This Product allows oil and water to mix!!

For a 16oz Spray Bottle combine 

1 ounce Base

1/2 ounce Fragrance oil

fill with distilled water

For a 2oz Spray Bottle combine
1 tsp Base
1/2 tsp Fragrance oil
fill with distilled water

Let Stand 2 Hours and enjoy!!
