Orders and Acceptance:

  1. Your orders are important to us, and we'll promptly review and accept them to ensure a seamless experience.
  2. As soon as your order is accepted, we'll send you a confirmation email with all the details, including your payment information.

Payment:

  1. To make your shopping hassle-free, we kindly request full payment at the time of your order.
  2. You can pay using various methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic funds transfers.

Pricing:

  1. Our prices are in your local currency and might change from time to time. We'll keep you updated!
  2. Please note that our prices don't include taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless specified.

Shipping and Delivery:

  1. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
  2. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly outlined during the checkout process.
  3. Rest assured, once your order is in the carrier's hands, any loss or damage is no longer your concern.

Returns and Refunds:

  1. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive damaged or defective products, we'll gladly accept returns and provide refunds or replacements within a reasonable timeframe.
  2. Please let us know of any product issues within 10 days of receiving your order.
  3. Returns need our authorization and may involve restocking fees.
  4. For transparency, we'd like to clarify that we don't offer returns or refunds on Fragrance Oils. However, we do offer 1oz sampler size fragrances for your testing convenience.
  5. All other items can be exchanged or refunded when returned with the original purchase receipt and in their original packaging.
  6. We ask that you cover the return shipment charges, as we are unable to refund shipping fees.
  7. If there are any problems or errors on our end, don't worry; we'll fix them at no extra cost to you!

Intellectual Property:

  1. Our products' intellectual property rights, such as designs, trademarks, and copyrights, belong to Columbus Candle Supply. Please respect these rights and obtain our written consent before using or reproducing them.

Limitation of Liability:

  1. While we aim for your complete satisfaction, our liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the purchase price.
  2. We won't be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  1. Our Agreement is governed by Ohio law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Fairfield County, Ohio's courts.

Amendment and Termination:

  1. We may update or end this Agreement at any time, but we'll always communicate changes on our website.

By placing an order with Columbus Candle Supply, you accept these Terms of Sale. This Agreement represents our commitment to you and replaces any prior agreements, spoken or written.
