Refund policy

Returns and Refunds:

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive damaged or defective products, we'll gladly accept returns and provide refunds or replacements within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Please let us know of any product issues within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns need our authorization and may involve restocking fees.
  • For transparency, we'd like to clarify that we don't offer returns or refunds on Fragrance Oils. However, we do offer 1oz sampler size fragrances for your testing convenience.
  • All other items can be exchanged or refunded when returned with the original purchase receipt and in their original packaging.
  • We ask that you cover the return shipment charges, as we are unable to refund shipping fees.
  • If there are any problems or errors on our end, don't worry; we'll fix them at no extra cost to you!
